Shipping time to the United States is usually 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Empire Beauty Hair, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
To request a return or exchange, please include your order number and photos of the item.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Due to hygiene reasons, some hair products and wigs may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
Refunds or exchanges are handled case by case after review.
